The grounds cover 3 hectares (7.2 acres), and are mostly open prairie. There is one acre of gardens immediately around the house. This includes the FULLY SECURED swimming pool and a large duck pond. These areas are fenced for child safety. There is only one entry gate, with a child-safe mechanism. There a number of ducks and moorhen families in-situ, and a large chorus of frogs. There are free-ranging chickens for eggs on-site. There is a garden walk around the pond, seating, and a picnic area. Children must have adult supervision at all times inside the pool/pond area. There a number of picnic areas within the grounds, some with great views across the valley. There is a large roofed terrace for table-tennis or outdoor eating in hot weather, and there is a small secluded garden, for cool shade, to the north side of the house.

Manoir Caubeyran is an ancient farm surrounded by three hectares of its own grounds; which break into the adjoining woods, and overlook the Lisos valley. It is located in the ancient hamlet of Monclaritz, next to Sigalens, and reached by a private drive. |
